Our state-of-the-art "Direct Response" automated decisioning system allows brokers to export loan and complete credit data directly from their LOS and receive instant pre-qualification across our spectrum of loan programs. You are notified immediately and given the opportunity to lock the program and pricing, subject only to final submission and underwriter reviw of the full file.

Once the full files are submitted and entered into the CHL Direct processing system, you have the ability to track loan progress, review stips and conditions, communicate with your CHL Direct representatives, and generate comprehensive pipeline reports.

All full files are underwritten within 24 to 48 hours and you are notified upon approval by a variety of personal and automated methods by your account manager, underwriter, and account executive.
